These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blu Zetta Ltd’s products, services, and platforms. By engaging with Blu Zetta Ltd, whether via website, email, payment link, or other communication, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

Blu Zetta Ltd offers customized digital services including website and mobile app development, design, hosting, support, and digital platform setup. Specific services will be detailed in your order confirmation or service agreement.

 

2. Delivery & Timelines

Standard setup timelines for websites and mobile apps range from 2–7 business days after full content submission and/or payment of the required deposit.

Blu Zetta Ltd will not be responsible for delays due to:

  • Incomplete client submissions (logos, photos, text, etc.)

  • Outstanding balances

  • Delays in client feedback or approvals

 

3. Payment Terms
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery preview, before full site/app handover or publishing.

  • If the balance remains unpaid beyond 14 calendar days of invoice, Blu Zetta reserves the right to:

    • Remove any promotional offers (e.g. 6 months free hosting)

    • Suspend access or delivery until full payment is made

    • Apply late fees or cancel service without refund

 

4. Hosting & Renewals
  • Hosting fees are billed annually or monthly, as agreed.

  • Monthly hosting renewals must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

  • Annual hosting is non-refundable once the renewal period begins.

  • Services may be suspended if hosting fees are not received within 7 days of the due date.

 

5. Free Hosting / Bonuses
  • Promotional offers such as “6 months free hosting” apply only when full payment is completed within 14 days of deposit.

  • Clients who delay final balance payment forfeit any promotional free periods or rate locks.

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only issued within 3 days of renewal for annual hosting, if no work has been carried out post-renewal.

  • No refunds are provided for domains purchased via Blu Zetta, once registration is complete.

  • In cases of early cancellation, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time on completed services.

 

7. Domains
  • If Blu Zetta purchases or manages a domain on your behalf, it remains your property once paid in full.

  • Domain renewals must be confirmed 7 days before expiration; Blu Zetta is not liable for expired domains due to delayed communication or non-payment.

  • Domains cannot be transferred until all service balances are cleared.

 

8. Intellectual Property
  • You retain ownership of all content provided to Blu Zetta (logos, images, copy).

  • Blu Zetta retains rights to code, frameworks, and proprietary systems used to deliver your site or app, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

9. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time and to the highest standard, you agree to:

  • Respond promptly to design or content requests

  • Provide all necessary materials in the required format

  • Communicate honestly and constructively

  • Not delay payment or approvals unreasonably

 

10. Support & Service Levels
  • All plans include basic technical support via live chat and email.

  • Additional requests such as feature upgrades or redesigns may incur extra charges.

  • Turnaround for minor support queries is typically 24–72 hours.

 

11. Suspension or Termination

Blu Zetta Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel services without refund if:

  • Payment terms are violated

  • Abuse, fraud, or misuse of services is detected

  • Hosting, platform, or support services are used for illegal, harmful, or unethical activity

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified by email or through our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.

 

13. Legal Jurisdiction

Blu Zetta Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
